At JOURNEY, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your tech experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JOURNEY account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
